UNATTENDED DEATH: 3400 block of North Street. Twenty-eight-year-old female found deceased in her apartment. No apparent signs of foul play or trauma. Official ruling by justice of the peace pending autopsy.

DWLI: 1600 block of South Street. Suspect was driver involved in accident. Was found to have a suspended DL. Brenda Garcia arrested.

GRAFFITI: 115 Craven (Sylvia's Salon). "BP" and "52" painted on building and parking lot.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1609 North Street (Enterprise Rent-A-Car). Fence was torn down at the business.

DWI: 5500 block of South Street. Suspect vehicle stopped for speeding. Driver was found to be intoxicated. Eric Johnson was arrested.

FORGERY: 200 block of East Main St. Complainant came to the station to report several forgeries that were committed by a known suspect. Investigation underway.

ASSAULT: 700 block of East Starr. Officers responded to a disturbance between two parties. One suspect pushed the other out of the apartment. No injuries and no charges were filed.
