UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE: 1600 block of Cardinal. Complainant reported that a 1992 Dodge Dynasty was stolen. Vehicle recovered later abandoned on Elizabeth Street.
ASSAULT: 4810 North Street (Wal-Mart). Complainant reported that while shopping, she was approached by an older white male who touched her in an offensive manner and began speaking French. Suspect was unable to be located.
HIT AND RUN: University at Austin (post office parking lot). Complainant reported that an unknown vehicle struck his and left the scene without giving information.
RUNAWAY JUVENILE: 3000 block of E.J. Campbell. A 15-year-old female was reported as a runaway.
DWLI: 300 North Sanders. Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. Driver's operator's license found to be suspended. Maxine Antoine Deckard was arrested.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 3100 block of Everwood Trail. Complainant reported that a jacket was removed from an unsecured vehicle during the night.
TAMPERING WITH GOVERNMENTAL DOCUMENT: 312 West Main. It was determined that a suspect booked at the Nacogdoches Police Department last week used a false name. A warrant has been requested.
HIT AND RUN: 1500 block of South Street. Unknown vehicle backed into complainant's and left the scene without giving information.
HIT AND RUN: 1100 block of North University Drive. Unknown suspect struck complainant's vehicle and left the scene. No injuries.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 4800 block of Pearl Street. Complainant reported that her home had been burglarized. The home was ransacked and jewelry reported stolen.
POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS DRUG: 2700 block of Elizabeth Street. Officer stopped vehicle for equipment violation and driver found to have outstanding traffic warrants. Search incident to arrest revealed four pills identified as muscle relaxers in possession of driver. Vonda Murphy was arrested.
AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT: A 13-year-old female reported that she had been sexually assaulted by her stepfather for several years. Investigation underway.
