Lufkin Police Report - 11/08/06

ASSAULT / SEXUAL / RAPE:  A mother caught her 15-year-old daughter in a compromising position with a male believed to be 18 years old.  The daughter confessed she had had sex with the man in the past.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  1200 block of Myrna.  A woman was awakened around 1a.m. by the sound of breaking glass.  She got up to discover three windows had been shot out, evidently by a BB gun.

ASSAULT / A:  1400 block of E. Lufkin Ave.  A man reported that his female cousin attacked him and hit in the head with her arm, which was in a cast.  The man had a bump and slight bleeding on the forehead.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE:  500 block of Cousart  St.  A gray 1988 GMC Suburban was stolen from the driveway of a residence sometime Monday night.

ASSAULT:  1400 block of Betty.  A woman reported that her estranged husband threw a diaper bag at her and it hit her in the back Tuesday.  No injury.

THEFT / A:  800 block of N. Timberland Dr.  A blue BMX bicycle was stolen from the back of a pickup while the owner was shopping.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE:  700 block of Neches St.  A man reported several items stolen from his yard during the past week.  The man stated a 1951 motor home bus, several motorcycles, and an engine block were taken.

THEFT OF SERVICE:  900 block of S. Chestnut Dr.  The business owner reported that a woman hosted a birthday party at the bowling alley several weeks ago and never paid for the rental.

THEFT:  1300 block of Atkinson Dr.  A woman stated two ankle bracelets and five gold wedding bands were taken from her home sometime during the past week.

ASSAULT / SEXUAL / RAPE:  A 14-year-old female was found to be pregnant.  According to her parents, the father of the unborn child is 21 years old

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  300 block of Howe.  A man, separated from his wife for one day, reported that she cut all his clothes up with scissors and gave them to a local charity.

DISTURBANCE / DOMESTIC:  300 block of Keys.  A woman reported that her boyfriend threw her against a dresser and punched her in the face Tuesday morning.  The woman had no visible injuries.

THEFT / FELONY:  300 block of Harmony Hill.  An outside air conditioning unit was stolen from the building sometime between Nov. 3 and Nov. 7.

HARASSMENT:  1000 block of Shermell.  A woman reported that her husband's ex-wife is repeatedly calling the couple and harassing them.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  2000 block of N. Timberland.  A window was broken out on a building sometime during the past three weeks but no entry was made to the building.
