Three Suspects Pleaded Guilty to Bank Fraud

Three people involved in an East Texas bank fraud scheme have all entered guilty pleas in federal court. Alicia Carter, Lisa Neely, and Kenneth Hoyle pleaded guilty to several counts of bank fraud and forged security.

A judge will sentence them after a pre-sentencing investigation. They are among five people charged with stealing $80,000 from ten banks in the area by using counterfeit checks.

A December trial date is set for the other two suspects in the case.
