Man Found Not Guilty of Raping Girls

A Lufkin man has been found not guilty on all counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Jacinto Gonzalez was accused of raping his girlfriend's ten and 12 year old daughters back in 2004, but during a CPS investigation the girls denied ever being touched by Gonzalez.

Months later, Gonzalez broke up with the girls' mother and they changed their story again telling authorities they had been molested.

Once the allegations surfaced, immigration authorities put a hold on Gonzalez. Now, he's expected to be deported to Mexico.
