SFA home winning streak ends at 15
NACOGDOCHES The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks got 18 points and 13 rebounds from senior Evelyn Edwards, but it wasn¹t enough as SMU rallied for an 84-75 victory Monday night in the William R. Johnson Coliseum. The loss dropped SFA to 2-2 (.500) on the young season.

The Mustangs rattled off an 11-0 run to take a two-point advantage with 14:31 remaining. SMU¹s Brittany Gilliam sparked the run with her 25 points and eight rebounds. Janielle Dodds added 20 points in the victorious effort.
