Americans have much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving week, including the freedoms we enjoy. But Colonel Ron Miller says "freedom is never free."
Miller not only has a distinguished thirty year career in the Air Force, all three of his sons chose to follow in his footsteps. Flying primarily close air support for U.S. And Vietnamese forces, Miller was constantly in the enemy's target sights. During two tours of duty in Vietnam, Miller flew 269 combat missions, earning numerous medals including the Distinguished Flying Cross and eleven air medals.
