BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  100 block of Shady Bend Dr.  A woman reported that an X-Box video game was stolen from unsecured car after she left it unattended for just a few minutes early Wednesday morning.

SEXUAL ASSAULT / RAPE:  A 13-year-old girl is pregnant and has named a 15-year-old boy as the father of the unborn child.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  3200 block of Daniel McCall Dr.  A woman reported finding a used condom tied to her door knob when she came home Tuesday evening.

ASSAULT:  2500 Daniel McCall Dr. (Wal-Mart).  A woman reported that she was attacked by another shopper at Wal-Mart Tuesday afternoon while she was shopping.  The victim said she has had problems with the other woman in the past and the woman started an argument and then attacked the victim.  No injuries were reported.

BURGLARY:  500 block of Feagin St.  A residence undergoing a remodel was broken into sometime during the past two days.  A miter saw and a telephone were stolen.

THEFT:  1000 block of Medford Dr.  A new truck driver was hired and quit during the first day on the job.  The driver locked the keys in the truck and left it parked on a business lot.  The owner discovered that a TV/VCR combo was missing from the truck.

THEFT:  300 E. Shepherd (Lufkin City Hall).  Two soap dispensers were stolen sometime Monday evening or Tuesday morning from the men's restroom in Lufkin City Hall.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  3900 block of N. Medford Dr.  An unknown liquid was poured into the tank of a brand new truck tractor at the dealership and damaged the motor.  The owner discovered the damage only after driving the truck and being unable to keep it running.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  600 block of Cain St.  A stereo was stolen from an unsecured vehicle parked in the yard overnight Monday.
