Nacogdoches Police Report - 11/29/06

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA:  back side of Pecan Park. Officers contacted vehicle parked in park. Two subjects inside observed smoking marijuana. Elisa Gulley and Kendall Simmons were arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  3100 block of North Street. Complainant had all of the windows broken out of a truck that was parked in a parking lot.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  100 block of Lynn Street. Tires cut on complainant's vehicle.

IDENTITY THEFT:  4800 block of North Street. Unknown subject used false identification to activate several cell phones from Cellular One.

THEFT:  900 block of Georgia Oak. Two weed eaters were stolen from a trailer parked in front of a residence.

FAILURE TO ID / POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.  Subjects were contacted on a traffic stop. Both individuals provided fictitious names. Both were found also to be in possession of marijuana. Robyn Tindol and Zachery Lane were arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  3100 Edgewood.  Loose change and a cigarette lighter were removed from complainant's unsecured vehicle.

THEFT:  100 block of North Stallings Drive. Suspect removed merchandise from the store and claimed to have left a checkbook in the car. Suspect did not return to pay for the items.
