Nacogdoches Police Report - 12/11/06

IDENTITY THEFT:  500 block of East Main St. A resident of Brownsville, Texas reported that unknown suspects had opened accounts and charged medical services to their name.

HIT AND RUN:  2700 block of North St. Unknown suspect struck a fire hydrant and left the scene without giving information.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS:  200 block of E. Spradley St. Unknown persons entered a residence and went through some drawers. Nothing was taken.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  2400 block of North St. Suspect stopped on traffic violation and found to have a suspended driver's license. Alex Jacardi Flemon was arrested.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  400 block of W. Main St. Suspect stopped on traffic and found to have a suspended driver's license. Tilley Tyvan was arrested.

RECOVERED PROPERTY:  100 block of Scarbrough St. A wallet was found in a yard and recovered by officers.

ASSAULT:  1400 block of Old Tyler Rd. Two individuals were involved in a verbal dispute. It turned physical and one tore the other's shirt. No charges were filed.

THEFT:  4800 block of North St. A purse was removed from a shopping cart while victim was shopping.

ASSAULT:  100 block of Oak Hill Plaza. Complainant reported that a known suspect had assaulted her by making contact with her chin. Charges were filed through court.
