Finding the perfect gift for your loved one can be difficult, so why not give them the gift of health. So, let me give you some ideas.
If you've been watching all my Move It videos, you know I love to dance. A 'Dance Maker Dance Mat' is fun. Fitness is becoming big business these days, and there are tons of cool gadgets, books, and kits that any one would love.
I know some people remember Twister. Unlike the original Twister, the version out now features individual mats for each player and CDs that call out the directions.
If you're looking for a gift that doesn't cost a lot, it would be good to get a hula hoop. It's a great gift to buy. You can have a ball with just exercise with a ball. And when you walk into sports, you'll find a load of things. There's basketball, there's golf, there's baseball, there's racquetball, there's tennis, and the list goes on and on.
A puppy was my first choice, but the second best thing on my Christmas list is a bicycle. You can exercise on it and it takes you places.
All this shopping has been tiring, but I'm never too tired to say, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."
