Two people accused of killing a Polk County woman last summer have been indicted. Investigators believe they killed a Leggett woman and dumped her body near a night club.
Twenty-five year-old James Thompson and 39-year-old Dorothy Wyatt are charged with the capital murder of KaShundra Wright.
Thompson, of Houston, and Wyatt, of Livingston, are accused of shooting the 28-year-old mother of three back in July. They're expected to go on trial sometime next year.
The certified nurse's aide was found slumped over a railing off Highway 59 South in Leggett.
