DWI / UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A WEAPON:  1700 Railroad St. Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated. A pistol was also located in the suspect's pocket. Bobby Roberts was arrested.

DWI:  2900 block of North St. Suspect was involved in a disturbance and left the scene. He was stopped and found to be intoxicated. Billy Wade was arrested.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  1200 block of Shawnee St. Suspect was stopped for loud music. A computer check revealed a suspended driver's license. Coree Kennedy was arrested.

RESISTING ARREST:  100 block of Wettermark St. While attempting to arrest a suspect for public intoxication, be became belligerent and resisted officers. Kenneth Hannah was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  1100 block of N. University Dr. Complainant reported a windshield and the windows broken out of a vehicle while parked.

THEFT:  1507 North St. (Bullfrogs).  Suspects in a blue four door Dodge truck left the business without paying for their meals.

DWI / POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA:  600 block of Moore St. Vehicle stopped on traffic violation. Driver was found to be intoxicated. Brittany Humphreys was arrested. A passenger, Felix Bermudez was also arrested for possession of marijuana.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  1000 block of MLK. Suspect vehicle stopped for traffic violation. Computer check on driver revealed a suspended license. Jose Agua was arrested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:  900 block of W. Seale St. A female suspect threatened a man with a knife during a disturbance. The suspect cut his tires and seats and cut his thumb in the process. Roshina Hall was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  4900 block of NE Stallings Dr. Unknown persons entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a handicapped placard.

THEFT:  2000 block of NW Stallings Dr. Unknown persons stole a quantity of chains and binders from several semi-trucks.

THEFT:  2000 block of NW Stallings Dr. Unknown suspects cut a lock and removed several chains from a parked semi truck.

GRAFFITI:  700 block of N. Mound St. Unknown persons painted obscenities on a house.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  700 block of N. University Dr. Suspect was stopped on a traffic violation and found to have a suspended driver's license. Mathew Custer was arrested.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  2800 block of Pearl St. Suspect was stopped for traffic violation. A computer check revealed a suspended driver's license. Marcus Lacy was arrested.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  1200 block of Meisheheimer St. Suspect stopped on a traffic violation and found to have a suspended driver's license. Charvosky Brooks was arrested.

THEFT:  4800 block of North St. Complainant left a wallet and cell phone on a shelf in the store. When an attempt was made to recover the items, they were gone.

THEFT:  2900 block of Center Hwy. Complainant reported a small amount of cash missing from her wallet when it was in the residence.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:  1200 block of South St. While working off duty, an officer observed a possible shoplifter. Upon contact, the suspect was found to have two hydrocodone tablets in his possession.  A 16-year-old juvenile was taken into custody.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION:  3800 block of North St. Officer arrested the suspect for public intoxication. Due to previous charges, charge enhanced to class B misdemeanor. Billy Mason was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Center.

ASSAULT:  600 block of Oakhill Plaza. Officers responded to a disturbance where a juvenile had assaulted her grandmother. It was found that the juvenile also had a directive to apprehend out of Harris County. A 13-year-old female was taken into custody.

DWI:  600 block of North St. Officers were at a large party and observed a vehicle strike another in the parking lot. James Bright was found to be intoxicated and was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  3000 block of Durst St. Unknown suspects broke the front plate glass door of a business that has been closed for some time.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  2700 block of Center Hwy. Unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and removed an amplifier without permission.

THEFT:  1122 N. University Dr (J.C. Penney). A known employee had been taking money from the cash register for a period of time. Investigation underway.

UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A WEAPON:  300 block of Commerce Alley. During the investigation of a disturbance, one of the suspects was found to have an 11" knife in his sock. Johnnie Robert Jackson was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  500 block of Tanglebery. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect had broken a vehicle window with a brick. Suspect removed a purse containing a cell phone and credit cards.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION:  1200 block of Woodbine. Unknown suspects entered a residence and removed two televisions, a DVD/VHS player, and a cable box. No forced entry was observed.

DWI:  100 block of W. Austin St. Suspect vehicle was stopped on a traffic violation. Driver found to be intoxicated. Samuel Scallon was arrested.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:  1600 block of SW Stallings Dr. Officer stopped vehicle for a traffic violation. Suspect was found to be in possession of a small amount of suspected cocaine. Delvin Palmer was arrested.

CRUELTY TO ANIMALS:  300 block of Perry Dr. A cat was found to have what appeared to be a BB gun wound to the leg.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION:  200 block of W. Austin St. Complainant's residence was entered and several Christmas presents were taken. Video games, baby toys, and a plasma TV were taken. No signs of forced entry.
