Lufkin Police Report - 01/18/07

THEFT:  4200 block of N. Medford Dr.  A man reported that he went to a local club Monday night and only had a few drinks.  The man reported that he woke up in his truck "somewhere in Lufkin" Tuesday night, and two guns were missing from his truck, and all of his money was missing from his wallet.

TERRORISTIC THREAT:  400 block of Humason St.  An insurance adjuster reported that a man threatened to beat him up and also threatened to get a gun and shoot him over an insurance claim.

RETALIATION:  100 block of Timberland Dr.  A man reported that a man he had filed previous charges on tried to ram him in a car and jumped out at a stop sign and beat on the first man's car hood.  The second man reported that the first man drove up behind him waving a tire iron at him, and he only got out at the stop sign to confront the first man about it, but was threatened with the tire iron.  No one was injured.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE:  500 block of Bob St.  A woman reported that her car was stolen sometime Tuesday night.  The car was recovered before it was reported.  It was found in a local parking lot with the windows knocked out Wednesday morning.
