Lufkin Police Report - 01/30/07

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION:  900 block of  Shady Pine.  A residence was burglarized during the night Monday.  A television and DVD player were stolen.

TERRORISTIC THREAT:  400 block of Lazy Oaks.  A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend threatened her life and displayed a .22 rifle while making the threat Monday night.

TERRORISTIC THREAT:  300 block of Humason.  A woman reported a harassing phone call from her ex-husband in which he made veiled threats.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  500 block of Paul.  A car was shot with two pink paintballs Monday evening.

ASSAULT:  1800 block of S. First St.  A woman reported that her ex-common law husband came to her work place and cursed her and shoved her against a car in a dispute over child visitation.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  300 block of Mantooth Ave.  A woman reported that she ran into a winch cable that had been stretched across the street by a wrecker company two weeks ago.  The woman reported the company owner agreed to pay for damages to her car but hasn't paid and she wants to file charges.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING:  500 block of E. Laurel Ave.  A door was pried open on a ministries building over the weekend but nothing was found to be missing

FELONY THEFT:  4500 block of Ellen Trout Dr.  A number of power tools were stolen from a job site Sunday night.  Two DeWalt cordless drills, five nailguns, a compressor, and three circular saws were stolen from a lockbox after the lock was cut off.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION:  1700 block of Courtney. A pistol was reported stolen from a residence sometime on January 26th.
