Nacogdoches Police Report - 02/07/07

CREDIT CARD ABUSE:  2400 block of North St.  Unknown persons used complainant's credit card to make several purchases over the past several months.

DEATH OF A PERSON:  700 block of Lucas St.  Resident passed away. History of medical problems, no obvious signs of foul play.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  1200 block of South St.  Suspect was stopped for traffic violations and found to have a suspended driver's license. Bobby Waters was arrested.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  1700 block of SW Stallings Dr.  Suspect was contacted for traffic violations and found to have a suspended driver's license. Michelle McAllise was arrested.

THEFT:  100 block of Creek Bend.  Two desks were taken from the side of a building. One was wooden and the other metal.

THEFT:  1600 block of Spokane St.  Unknown persons stole complainant's dog from the yard. Dog is a three-month-old pit bull, black and white.

THEFT FROM A PERSON:  1420 N. University Dr. (HEB parking lot)  A female victim was walking to her car. A small silver SUV approached her from the rear and a suspect reached out the window and grabbed her purse and fled the scene.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY / POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:  Officers contacted the suspects after their vehicle was stopped under the bridge, out of gas. Mark Trevino and Santos Trevino gave false names to officers and were arrested. A 15-year-old female who was with them was found to be in possession of a suspected controlled substance (Clonazepam). She was also arrested and turned over to juvenile authorities.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING:  330 NW Stallings Dr.  Officers responded to a suspicious person call at a construction site. The suspects fled the scene on foot. Officers recovered a vehicle which contained tools, possibly from other construction sites. Officers continue to investigate this situation.
