POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (2 cases) / POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA (2 cases):  1500 block of North St.  Suspects were contacted as being part of a disturbance. Suspect Matthew Roshner was found with a quantity of suspected marijuana and suspected Xanax on his person. Another suspect, Victoria Martin, was found to have suspected marijuana on her person and suspected Darvocet tablet in her purse. She was also arrested.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING:  2400 North St. (Bancorp South)  Shortly after 5 p.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2007, officers were called to aforementioned location in reference to a female falling through the ceiling. Officers found that Laura McCree of Nacogdoches had entered bank from the roof using a ladder. Entry was made through an air conditioner vent. The vent gave way, and the suspect fell through the ceiling. The suspect then asked "to see her banker". She received a cut on the hand and after medical treatment was placed in the county jail.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE / POSSESSION OF A PROHIBITED WEAPON:  1400 block of Douglass Rd.  Officers contacted suspect Christopher Griffin in the bay area of West Side Car Wash. Suspect was found to be in possession of suspected cocaine and a pair of brass knuckles.

ASSAULT:  2800 block of Pearl St. Officers responded to a disturbance where a female was reportedly assaulted by a known male suspect. Suspect was gone on arrival. A warrant has been requested.

ASSUALT / RESISTING TRANSPORT:  3200 block of North St.  Complainant reported that the suspect assaulted her by bumping her with his chest. As officers attempted to arrest the suspect, he became aggressive and resisted. Gavin Darby was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  2800 block of Pearl St.  Vehicle was entered and a dash mounted CD player was taken.

HIT AND RUN:  North St. at Griffith.  Complainant reported that a vehicle struck complainant's and left the scene. No injuries.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  Tanglewood Dr. Unknown black male suspect entered a vehicle that was parked in a driveway. The vehicle was unsecured, and a purse was stolen.

THEFT:  Deerfield (off Raguet St.).  A construction site reported several power tools stolen over the night.
