ASSAULT / FAMILY VIOLENCE:  3000 block of Westward Dr.  Complainant reported that her roommate had come to complainant's place of employment and slapped her. Complainant did not wish to file charges.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:  1800 block of E. Starr Ave. Complainant reported that he was assaulted on February 3, 2007 during a party. He was assaulted by unknown suspects and suffered a broken nose, orbital bone, and fractured jaw. Case is under investigation.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE / FAILURE TO IDENTIFY / POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:  2000 block of MLK. Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, Marcus Jenkins was found to have a suspended driver's license and was arrested. A passenger, Kenneth Ray Jenkins, gave officers a false name and was arrested. Officers located several bars of suspected Xanax in the vehicle. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE:  312 W. Main St. (Nacogdoches Police Department)  Complainant reported that unknown persons had used a credit card to make purchases over the Internet that were unauthorized.

THEFT:  5300 block of Northway. Complainant reported that $400.00 was missing from a residence.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  200 block of E. Spradley St.  A vehicle was damaged with a sharp instrument, possibly a key.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS:  200 block of King St.  Known suspect had trespassed on the property. A warrant has been requested.

SEXUAL ASSAULT:  Complainant reported that a known suspect had sexually assaulted his estranged wife on a prior occasion.

ASSAULT:  3200 block of N. University Dr.  During a disturbance, Teresa James physically assaulted a male victim. She was arrested.
