Lufkin Police Report - 02/13/07

DISORDERLY CONDUCT:  100 block of Percy Simon.  A peeping tom was seen looking into an apartment window around 3 a.m. Tuesday.  The suspect fled on foot.

ASSAULT:  100 block of Colonial Hill.  A man reported that a known suspect threw a mixed drink on him during an argument Monday evening

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  3700 block of Old Union Rd.  A stereo and a gear shift knob were stolen from a vehicle while it was stored on an insurance company salvage lot for the past three weeks.

THEFT:  800 block of Bledsoe St.  A security guard fired in October still has not returned two company uniforms despite repeated requests for their return.

FELONY THEFT:  5500 S. First St. (Lufkin Power Sports)  Two ATVs, two utility vehicles, and a 16' lowboy trailer were stolen from the fenced equipment area of Lufkin Power Sports Sunday night.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS:  700 block of Trenton St.  A man previously warned of trespass at Coston School was seen on campus Monday.  The man was seen pulling on car door handles to try and get in cars on the parking lot.  A trespass warrant was requested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  1800 block of W. Frank St.  A young Hispanic man was seen breaking into a car Sunday evening.  A stereo and some CDs were stolen from the car, and the suspect left before police arrived.
