Nacogdoches Police Report - 02/20/07

HIT AND RUN:  2900 block of Douglass Rd.  Unknown persons caused a motor vehicle accident and then fled the scene without giving information.

HIT AND RUN:  700 block of South St.  A vehicle stopped in the roadway was struck from the rear by another vehicle. The vehicle stopped, then fled the scene without providing information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  500 block of Shawnee St.  Unknown persons spray-painted on the side of the old E.J. Campbell school building.

ASSAULT:  100 block of Muckleroy St.  Victim was assaulted while on a break from work. Upon returning to work, a fellow employee notified the police. Victim refused to give any information regarding the assault.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE / MUNICIPAL COURT WARRANTS:  500 Lenwood Dr.  Suspect stopped for traffic violation. Suspect found to have a suspended driver's license and outstanding city warrants. Harris Jackson was arrested.

TERRORISTIC THREAT:  1300 block of South St.  Complainant reported that a known suspect attempted to pull him from his vehicle and threatened to kill him. The complainant was able to drive away.

THEFT:  200 block of Perry Dr.  Complainant reported that money was missing from a safe in the residence. Complainant has possible suspect. Investigation underway.

THEFT:  200 block of Old Tyler Rd.  Complainant reported a front left tire stolen from a parked vehicle.

FELONY POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA:  2915 NW Stallings Dr.  During a consensual encounter with two passengers on a bus, officers located a quantity of suspected marijuana in a quantity that is a felony offense. Jermaine Barlow and Derek Jacobs were arrested.
