Anna Nicole Smith's Body

A Florida judge today (Thursday) awarded custody of Anna Nicole Smith's body to Richard Milstein, the guardian of Smith's five-month old daughter.

He directed Milstein to consult with the three other parties who had sought control of the body. Broward County Judge Larry Seidlin also made no secret of his wishes, "I want her buried, I want her buried with her son. There's no shouting. This is not a happy moment. I want her buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together (gavel sound)."

Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, also wants her to be buried in the Bahamas.
