The Greater Shiloh Church in Lufkin had an old fashion Sunday to celebrate Black History Month. Some members dressed in outfits from days gone by. The celebration also included skits remembering slavery and the civil rights struggle. Pastor Lonnie Williams hopes honoring black history will give young African Americans a greater respect for today's freedoms.
