Nacogdoches Police Report - 02/27/07

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:  3400 block of SW Stallings Dr.  Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During a check for weapons, officer located more than four ounces of suspected cocaine on the suspect's person. Ibarra Saldago was arrested.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE:  2300 block of SW Stallings Dr.  A 1983 Jeep CJ-5 that had spray liner painted on the outside was taken without permission.

THEFT COMPLAINT:  1000 block of North St.  Complainant reported the theft of a cell phone.

THEFT COMPLAINT:  1500 block of E. Starr Ave.  Complainant reported that her purse was stolen that contained several prescription medications.

RECOVERED PROPERTY:  4300 block of SE Stallings Dr.  Complainant recovered a driver's license and a credit card. They were taken for safekeeping until the owner can be notified.

THEFT:  837 N. University Dr. (AAA Trophy)  Complainant reported the theft of money from the business in excess of $1,500.00.

ASSAULT:  700 block of Lucas St.  Complainant was contacted during a disturbance. Complainant reported being assaulted by the suspect. Steve Douglas was arrested for Class C assault.

ASSAULT:  928 MLK (Pilgrim's Pride)  Complainant reported being assaulted by another co-worker during an earlier incident. A warrant has been requested.

HARASSMENT:  400 block of SE Stallings Dr.  Complainant reported that a known suspect is still calling her on the telephone after being told not to do so.

ASSAULT:  2400 block of Woden Rd..  During an argument, complainant reported that she was pushed by a known suspect. Complainant refused to press charges.

THEFT:  4810 North St. (Wal-Mart)  Complainant forgot her purse in a shopping cart in the parking lot and went home. Upon returning, the purse was gone.

THEFT COMPLAINT:  330 E. Main St. (GODTEL)  Complainant reported that a known suspect had stolen his PSP game. Complainant had seen the suspect with the game. A warrant has been requested.

ASSAULT:  1800 block of John St.  Complainant was assaulted by several suspects that were known to complainant. Complainant refused to identify the suspects or cooperate.

HARASSMENT:  800 block of Oakhill Plaza.  Complainant reported that she was threatened over a cell phone by a known suspect. Warrant requested.
