CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 300 E. Main St. (Regions Bank) A known suspect used the complainant's routing number to obtain money from a bank account.
THEFT: 1819 Old Tyler Rd. Unknown suspects removed a blue 1967 Chevrolet Malibu from the property. The vehicle had been parked over two years.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 1200 block of Murray St. Unknown suspects forced entry into the building and opened a padlocked safe and removed money.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING / BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1300 block of Douglass Rd.. Suspects removed stereo equipment from a vehicle parked outside and then entered the building and removed a stereo from a vehicle inside.
HIT AND RUN: 3100 block of North St. Suspect vehicle swerved into a lane of traffic causing an accident and failed to stop and furnish information.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA (2 COUNTS) / EVADING ARREST (2 COUNTS): 3200 block of Warwick St. Officers observed a vehicle parked on the wrong side of the road at the dead end. Two suspects fled into the woods. One was captured and found to be in possession of marijuana. Another suspect was contacted at the vehicle and was also found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. The third suspect was also caught in the woods and he was charged with evading arrest. Richard Wilks was arrested (P.O.M/Evading): Thomas Murray (P.O.M.): and Derick Abbott (Evading).
ASSAULT: 900 block of First St. Complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect during an argument. The suspect then later reported being assaulted by the complainant during the same altercation. Investigation underway.
ASSAULT: 1900 block of Queen St. Complainant reported being assaulted by a boyfriend. Complainant sustained scratches and bruises. Complaint filed.
ASSAULT: 1700 block of Dolph St. Complainant reported being struck by an unknown female with a stick. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.
RUNAWAY JUVENILE: 200 block of E. Spradley St. Complainant reported a 13-year-old female had left home without permission.
