Nacogdoches Police Report - 03/01/07

BURGLARY OF A COIN OPERATED MACHINE:  1400 Douglass Rd. (West Side Washateria)  Complainant reported that two washing machines had been forcibly entered and money taken.

IDENTITY THEFT:  500 North St.  Complainant reported that unknown suspect had used a debit card without permission.

THEFT:  3400 block of E. Main St.  Complainant accepted a ride from two suspects. The suspects stopped in the 3400 block of E. Main and ordered the complainant to get out. The complainant then got out and left some tools in the vehicle.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS:  2500 block of Woden Rd.  Suspect had been previously warned not to come on the property. Suspect returned and police were called. Sebastian Reed was arrested.

ASSAULT:  600 block of Oakhill Plaza.  Complainant came to the police department to report being assaulted by a known suspect at Oakhill Plaza. Warrant requested.

FOUND PROPERTY:  1200 block of South St.  A wallet was located and police were called. Officers made contact with the owner, who will pick the wallet up.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE (three counts) / THEFT OF FIREARMS:  800 block of W. Seale St.  Three vehicles were burglarized while parked in a parking lot. Stereo equipment was taken, as well as two rifles.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  1500 block of North St.  Unknown persons forced entry into complainant's vehicle and removed a bag of change.
