Nacogdoches Police Report - 03/06/07

HARASSMENT:  1100 block of N. University Dr.  Complainant reported that a known female suspect called on the telephone using vulgar language and threats.

ASSAULT (2 counts):  1800 block of North St.  Male and female were involved in an argument. Both persons reported that they had assaulted each other, and neither wished to file charges. The male suspect left the residence. No charges filed.

DWI:  1800 block of Durst St.  Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the roadway. Officers found a vehicle in the roadway with the suspect passed out at the wheel. Officers suspected the suspect of being intoxicated and he was arrested. Zachery Janway was arrested.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA:  1000 block of Cottonwood St.  Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence. One of the suspects involved in the disturbance was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Joseph Lambert was arrested.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS:  1204 N. Mound St. (Memorial Hospital)  An off-duty officer working at Memorial Hospital observed a suspect in the lobby that had been previously given a criminal trespass warning. Raymond Hill was arrested.

INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY CALL:  1500 block of Pearl St.  The suspect broke the complainant's cell phone while complainant was making a 911 call. Rodney Woodson was arrested.

THEFT:  800 block of Jordan St.  During a gathering at a residence, complainant reported a leather case with over 50 CDs stolen.
