Nacogdoches Police Report - 04/03/07

HIT AND RUN: 1500 Block of Douglass Highway. An unknown vehicle struck a utility pole and left the scene without reporting the accident.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 400 Block of Esther Blvd. Unknown suspect forced entry into complainant's vehicle and removed approximately 30 cd's.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1500 Block of Hillview. Unknown suspect entered complainant's vehicle and removed several cds.

HIT AND RUN: 1700 Block of East Starr. An unknown vehicle struck complainant's vehicle and left the scene without providing information.

POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS DRUG: 3000 Nw Stallings Drive. Officer stopped a vehicle for traffic charges. Officers located 66 suspected soma tablets in the vehicle. Leigh a green was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1000 Block Of Mockingbird. Unknown suspect forced entry into complainant's residence and removed some make-up.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2500 Block of Woden Road. A known suspect used a claw hammer to damage a residence during a disturbance. Willie Whitaker was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 5200 Block of Northway. An unknown suspect entered complainant's vehicle, doing interior damage and removing a gasoline credit card.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1000 Block of Shepherd. Unknown suspect entered two vehicles parked at two residences. A dvd player was stolen from one vehicle, and a radio face plate and some compact discs were taken at the other.

EVADING ARREST-POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE-POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 1300 Block of Orton. Officer contacted the suspect due to suspicious activity. Suspect ran from officer and was captured. Suspect had suspected marijuana and cocaine in his pocket.

THEFT: 200 Block of Harris Street. A Black and Decker blower was taken from a carport.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 300 Block of South Fredonia. A vehicle had a window broken out and the ashtray gone through.

ASSAULT: 1204 North Mound (Memorial Hospital). Two male subjects were involved in a disturbance. One struck the other in the side of the head with a closed fist. No injuries sustained and complainant does not wish to file charges.

TELEPHONE HARASSMENT: 400 Block of Myrtle. Unknown suspect left a vulgar and profane message on an answering machine.

  BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 3700 Block of Old Tyler Road. Regan Brock was arrested after being found in possession of items taken from a vehicle burglary.

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY: 1600 Block of John Street. The victim was held at gunpoint by an unknown suspect while the suspect removed an equalizer and broke out some windows of his vehicle.
