Lufkin Police Report - 04/09/07

TERRORISTIC THREAT:  4300 Block of S. Medford Dr.  A woman reported that an ex-boyfriend drove up beside her Sunday night and displayed a handgun and told her that he would "get her".  

THEFT C:  2600 Block of S. FIRST.  A red and black 20" boys bicycle was stolen from the front porch of an apartment.

THEFT:  500 Block of Hodge St.  A silver 20" Mongoose brand boys bicycle was stolen Sunday afternoon.          

DEADLY CONDUCT:  1100 Block of  S. Timberland Dr.  A bullet was fired into McDonald's Restaurant during the early morning hours of Sunday morning.  The restaurant was closed due to a power outage and no one employees or customers were present when the shot was fired.  The bullet entered through a window on the south side of the building and part of a lead bullet was found in the dining area.
