Nacogdoches Police Report - 04/11/07

THEFT: 4810 North Street (Wal Mart). Complainant reportedly left her wallet at the check out stand and when she returned, it was gone. The wallet contained credit cards, some cash, and other identifying information.

THEFT: 3801 North Street (Radio Shack). Suspect brought a radio shack sack and a receipt into the store and attempted to get a refund on an item from the shelf. When confronted, the suspect left the store, leaving identification behind. Warrant requested.

DOG BITE: 1200 Block of West Cox. An 8 year old child was bitten by a chained chow mix dog. The 8 year old was treated for the bite, and the dog was quarantined by animal control.

FOUND PROPERTY: 1500 Block of Fox Street. Complainant turned over a purse that belongs to a person that is currently in the county jail. The purse will be released to the owner upon request.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY/FUGITIVE: 100 Block of Lake Street. Suspect was contacted on a traffic stop and failed to identify himself. Norris Guy was found to have an outstanding county warrant and was arrested.
