Nacogdoches Police Report - 04/12/07

FOUND PROPERTY:  3715 Old Tyler Road (Baseball Park). Baseball equipment found at park. Property was returned to the owner.

THEFT: 1500 Block of Ward Street. Theft of four Rubbermaid trash cans full of aluminum cans was reported. No suspects.

HIT AND RUN: 1800 Block of Northwest Stallings Drive. Complainant reportedly was driving a motor home on loop 224 when an unknown tractor trailer changed lanes and damaged the mirror on the motor home. The semi did not stop.

ASSAULT: 1500 Block of Timberlake. Officers were called to a disturbance. Officers determined that two suspects had assaulted each other. No injuries. Neither party wished to file charges and they were separated.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:  2100 Block of Pearl Street. Complainant and a known suspect were involved in a verbal argument. The suspect then threatened the complainant with a knife that was retrieved from the kitchen. Suspect gone on arrival: Warrant requested.

ASSAULT: 4300 Block of Old Tyler Road. Complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect during a disturbance. Visible minor injury noted. Suspect not on scene, warrant was requested.

DWI: 200 Block of East Starr Avenue. Officers were dispatched to a reckless driver complaint. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop, where they suspected the driver of being intoxicated. William Mcintyre was arrested.
