Hamburger Casserole

Recipe from Heather Boucher of Gorham, Ill.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can biscuits

Directions:

  1.  Brown hamburger and drain
  2.  Mix cream cheese, soup and milk, then add to hamburger
  3.  Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 20 min.
  4.  Brown biscuits on serparate cookie sheet for about 5 min.
  5.  Place biscuits on top of casserole and bake additional 5-10 min.
