Four years ago Deborah Tinsley had a dream. Many would call her idea to pioneer specialized pediatric home health care an impossible dream. After all, although she was a nurse, she had no experience in business.
With the encouragement of her husband and business advice from Score, The Tyler Area Business Incubator, and The Small Business Center, Deborah launched "exceptional Home Care". She now owns five companies and employs 250 individuals serving 63 counties. In 2006 Tinsley was named "District Small Business Person Of The Year" and in 2007 was chosen international Outstanding Incubator Graduate of NBIA.
