Nacogdoches Police Report - 04/26/07

THEFT: 1800 Block of Virginia Avenue. Complainant reported that money and jewelry are missing from a home over a period of time. Unknown suspects.

POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS DRUGS: 100 Block of Richardson Street. Suspect was contacted at a disturbance and found to be in possession of ciprofloxacin. David Church was arrested.

THEFT: 2600 Block of Douglass Road. Complainant lost a wallet in a parking lot and upon returning, it was gone. The wallet contained cash and credit cards.

FOUND PROPERTY: 1900 Block of Goldsberry. Two bicycles were located in the woods and were taken to the bike impound.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 2800 Block of Pearl. Complainant reported that a dell laptop computer was taken from  a locked apartment. There were no signs of forced entry.

HIT AND RUN: 2600 Block of North University. Witnesses saw a suspect vehicle strike an unattended vehicle and leave the scene. Officers located the vehicle and identified the driver several hours later. A warrant has been requested.
