BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 2121 Northwest Stallings Drive. A rental service trailer was broken into. A TV, couch, sofa, and an ice maker were reported as stolen.

DWLI: 2100 Block of North University Drive. Suspect was stopped on traffic violation. He was found to have a suspended drivers license. DWLI enhanced to misdemeanor a due to priors. Dedric Desmond Moore was arrested.

HIT AND RUN: 220 North Stallings Drive. A parked and unattended vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 101 West Main Street. Complainant reported that an unauthorized charge from New York was made to a credit card.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: Pecan at Blount. Vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. During a pat down, officer located a plastic baggie in suspect's pocket that contained suspected marijuana. Russell Weatherly was arrested.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 1200 Block of South Street. Suspect vehicle was stopped for traffic violation. Officer located a napkin in suspect's pocket that contained suspected marijuana. Ciro Peralta was arrested.

ASSAULT: 4800 Block of North Street. Complainant was assaulted by a known suspect during a disturbance. No serious injury. Suspect gone on officer arrival. Warrant requested.

EVADING ARREST/DETENTION: 1600 Block of West Austin. Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding on West Austin Street. Vehicle refused to stop for emergency equipment and a short pursuit occurred. Suspect fled the vehicle behind university club apartments and fled on foot into the creek. Suspect was apprehended. Ethel Fedorovich was arrested.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 2800 Block of Pearl Street. Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Officer discovered a usable amount of suspected marijuana in the vehicle and in a backpack belonging to the suspect. Torrence Terrell Mclain was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2000 Block of Banita Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect was prowling outside the apartment. The suspect then disconnected the power to the apartment. A warrant has been requested.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 2100 Block of Banita Street. Officer discovered a suspect passed out in a vehicle. Upon contact, officer discovered several Xanax bars in the vehicle. Brian Truitt Yates was arrested.
