Nacogdoches Police Report - 05/09/07

RESISTING ARREST-POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 2800 Block of Pearl Street. Suspect was contacted for suspicious activity. Suspect refused to remove his hands from his pockets and resisted a pat down for weapons. Officers located a quantity of suspected marijuana on the suspect's person. Detravie Webb was arrested.

FORGERY: 1216 South Street. A counterfeit American Express check was passed at this location by an unknown suspect.

FALSIFICATION OF DRUG TEST RESULTS: 200 Block of West Pilar Street. A suspect that was on  probation was requested to give a urine sample. The suspect was found to be giving a fraudulent sample. Report taken.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 500 Block of Terry Crawford Drive. Unknown suspect stole complainant's copy of his income tax return while his vehicle was parked.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 300 Block of West College. A known suspect entered complainant's apartment and poured honey all over his clothes. Sharronda Jones was arrested.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED: 400 Block of East Starr. A vehicle was stopped for traffic and the driver was found to be intoxicated. Cara hill was arrested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 2000 Block of Pruitt Hill. A known suspect was involved in a disturbance with two complainants. During the altercation, the suspect produced a knife and attempted to cut the complainants. Suspect was gone on officer arrival, and a warrant has been requested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 3200 Block of North Street. During a disturbance, the suspect pulled a knife and threatened the complainant Matthew Pfromm was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 3400 Block of East Main Street. An unknown black male suspect entered complainant's apartment while complainant was sleeping. Suspect fled on complainant's seeing the suspect. A laptop and cell phone was missing from the apartment.

THEFT: 1000 Block of North Street. A purse was left inside a store. When complainant returned  it was missing. The purse was blue cloth and contained some cash.
