Komen Corn Dip

2  cans drained Mexicorn

1  cup sour cream

1 cup real mayonnaise

1  small can chopped green chilies

10  oz. grated shard cheddar cheese

2  TBSP sugar

salt and pepper to taste

3  small green onions, chopped

jalapeno's, diced - optional

Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.
