Nacogdoches Police Report - 05/15/07

ASSAULT: 1100 block of Herrin Street. Complainant and estranged husband got into an argument. Suspect pushed complainant down on the couch. No visible injuries and complainant did not wish to file charges.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2500 block of South Street. Two vacuum cleaners were damaged by unknown suspect at the car wash.

HIT AND RUN: 100 block of Old Line Drive. Complainant advised that her parked car was hit by a white or silver pickup in the parking lot. The truck left the scene.

IDENTITY THEFT: 700 block of Oakview. A known suspect used complainant's identity to obtain telephone service without permission.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 2800 block of North Street. Complainant's purse was taken from her parked vehicle. The purse contained a wallet with credit cards and other items.

THEFT: 2400 block of Southeast Stallings Drive. Complainant forgot a cell phone on the counter of a store. When complainant returned, the cell phone was gone.

THEFT: 3000 block of Westward Drive. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect had stolen a her bag from a cleaning room . The bag contained a checkbook.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 200 block of South Sanders Street. Suspect contacted as a suspicious person. Officers contacted the suspect and found him to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Richard Moore was arrested.

ASSAULT: 1600 block of Hanson Circle. A known suspect struck the victim with a closed fist during a disturbance. A warrant has been requested.

TERRORISTIC THREAT: 4500 block of Appleby Sand. A known suspect called the complainant on the telephone and made a threat. Warrant requested.
