Nacogdoches Police Report - 05/17/07

HARRASSMENT: 4100 block of Old Tyler Road. Complainant reported that a known suspect left a threatening message on his cellular telephone.

DWLI: 1000 Tanglewood Circle. Officers stopped a vehicle on a traffic offense and the driver was found to have a revoked drivers license. Laroyce Rausaw was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 200 block of Travis Street. Complainant reported that two unknown suspects had cut off the power to the residence by turning off the master switch.

DWI: 900 block of Ferguson. Officer detained a vehicle after striking a patrol unit. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated. Sterling Dillon was arrested.

INTERFERRING WITH AN EMERGENCY PHONE CALL: 1500 block of East Starr. Two persons were involved in a disturbance. When one attempted to telephone the police, the suspect disconnected the phone. Bob day was arrested.

RECOVERED PROPERTY: 200 block of Hughes. Officers recovered a silver Roadmaster bicycle that was abandoned in a yard.

THEFT: 4810 North Street. Complainant left his Cingular Palm Trail cell phone at the cash register. When he returned, it was gone.
