Nacogdoches Police Report - 05/18/07

THEFT, 200 block of East Lakewood. Complainant reported that unknown suspects had stolen a lone star card.

TELEPHONE HARASSMENT, 1000 Oakhill Plaza. A known suspect continues to telephone the complainant after being told not to do so.

THEFT, 1500 block of East Main Street. A dewalt power drill was reported stolen from a warehouse.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION, 3200 block of North Street. A known suspect entered an apartment and removed several household items without consent. Warrant requested.

ROBBERY, 2900 block of Banita Street. The victim stated that he was walking in the 2900 block of banita street when he was assaulted by three white male suspects. During the assault, the suspects took the complainant's wallet containing cash.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY, PUBLIC INTOXICATION; RESISTING ARREST; 1000 Oakhill Plaza. Officers were called to a suspicious person. The suspect was contacted and found to be intoxicated. The suspect gave officers several names. Once at the station, the suspect began to resist officers as he was being booked. He was restrained and taken to the county jail. At the time of this report, officers are still trying to identify this suspect. He is carried on the jail report as "john doe".

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE, 4800 block of North Street. Complainant reported his ford car as being stolen. The vehicle was later recovered in shelby county.
