Nacogdoches Police Report - 05/24/07

THEFT: 200 block of Beall Street. A chrome 20" rim was stolen off a parked vehicle.

FOUND PROPERTY: 2600 block of South Fredonia. Complainant had located a stop sign in a field next to his residence. The sign was recovered.

DEADLY CONDUCT: 1900 block of Press Road. Officers were called because a vehicle was driving through the area shooting a firearm. One spent shell casing was located by officers. Nothing was known to be hit and no injuries.

ASSAULT: 2700 block of Woodland. Two subjects were involved in a physical altercation. After investigation it was determined that Jesse Maki had assaulted another. He was arrested. No injuries.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 2800 block of Pearl. Complainant reported leaving his door open for a short time to step outside. When he returned, a .22 caliber rifle was missing from his residence.

DEADLY CONDUCT: 3200 block of North Street. A complainant reported that a known suspect had pulled a knife and threatened the complainant. Investigation underway.
