Nacogdoches Police Report - 05/25/07

THEFT: 1218 Douglass Road. Unknown black male suspect stole a quantity of alcoholic beverages and fled the store.

THEFT: Claires-1122 North University Drive. Three white females stole some merchandise and were contacted by store personnel. The property was recovered, but the suspects then fled.

CRIMIONAL MISCHIEF: 200 block of West Starr. A known suspect broke a window out of a residence. Warrant requested.

THEFT: 700 block of West Cox Street. Two watches were reported stolen from the residence.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 1300 block of Timberlake. Complainant reported that a known suspect had taken five credit cards without permission and used them at various locations.

INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY CALL: 1100 block of Clay Street. Officers were called to a disturbance. The complainant reported that the suspect took the telephone away from her when attempting to call the police. M.T. Aldridge was arrested.

THEFT: 900 block of Tower Road. Complainant reported a push lawn mower stolen .

DWLI: 2500 block of North Street. Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and his drivers license was found to be suspended. James Weisel was arrested.

RECKLESS DAMAGE: 200 block of East Lakewood.  During a large disturbance in the parking lot, a vehicle was dented. Unknown how the damage occurred.

The following vehicle burglaries were reported: Vehicles were entered by unknown suspects who forced entry to vehicles.

600 block of Old Tyler Road-Purse Taken.

800 block of North Street-Car Stereo Items Taken.

200 block of Old Tyler Road- Personal Items Taken.

1200 Ferguson Street-Purse Stolen.

DEATH OF A PERSON: 100 block of Kent Street. A female gave birth to a baby that was deceased. Autopsy was ordered and a cause of death will be determined by the justice of the peace.
