Nacogdoches Police Report - 05/31/07

ASSAULT: 900 Block Of Pearl Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect had pushed her to the ground during a disturbance. Complainant did not wish to press charges.

THEFT: 2830 North Street. Unknown male suspect stole two 30 packs of beer from the store.

DWLI: 100 Block Of Feazell Street. Suspect stopped for a traffic violation and his dl was found to be suspended. Kentrall Brooks was arrested.

FORGERY: 312 West Main. Complainant came to the police station and reported that an unknown suspect had written checks on a checking account with permission.

HARASSMENT: 100 Block Of Stone Street. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect continues to call the residence in a harassing manner.

IDENTITY THEFT: 1900 Block Of Virginia Avenue. Unknown suspect used complainant's identity to have satellite television installed.

THEFT-RESISTING ARREST- EVADING ARREST: 2830 North Street. Suspect stole two 30 packs of beer and ran to Hampton Place apartments. Officer attempted to detain the suspect and he fled and resisted officer. Bobby Tate was arrested.

ASSAULT: 2400 Block Of Elizabeth. Husband and wife assaulted each other during an argument. Neither wished to file charges. No injuries.

ASSAULT: 1400 Block Of Old Tyler Road. Complainant was assaulted by a known suspect during a disturbance. Officer contacted the suspect and arrested him. No injuries, and Enedina Acosta was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 2804 South Street. Suspect forcibly entered  a building but did not take anything due to alarm activation.

HARASSMENT: 2000 Block Of Pruitt Hill. A known suspect continues to call the residence after being told to stop.
