Nacogdoches Police Report - 06/05/07

ASSAULT: 2400 block of Center Highway. Two persons got into an argument that turned physical. Both assaulted each other and both had minor injuries. Both were arrested. Kelly Riggins and Richard Riggins were arrested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 300 block of Oakhill Plaza. Unknown suspect reached through an open window and removed a Zume mp3 player.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS-FAILURE TO ID: 100 Oakhill Plaza. Officer responded to a noise complaint. Officer contacted the suspect who was uncooperative and gave a false name. The suspect had been given a criminal trespass warning for the property. Erron Pruitt was arrested.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT-INJURY TO A CHILD-INTERFERING WITH EMERGENCY CALL: 1000 Douglass Road. Two individuals were involved in a disturbance. One attempted to call 911 and the suspect broke the telephone. The victim's 9 year old son attempted to intervene, and the suspect threw him to the ground, causing minor injury. The victim attempted to leave, and the suspect refused to let her and she later escaped through a window. Suspect gone on arrival, warrant requested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2502 Northwest Stallings Drive (Pike Saw And Tool). Unknown suspect disconnected the electric meter and cut the phone lines to the building.

THEFT: 700 block of Powers Street. Complainant reported that his road master 26" red bicycle stolen.

FORGERY: 833 North University Drive. Complainant reported that a suspect attempted to pass a forged check at this location.

FORGERY: 1925 East Main Street. Complainant reported that a counterfeit payroll check had been passed to the business.
