Nacogdoches Police Report - 06/06/07

ASSAULT: 1100 block of North Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect had threatened her with injury. No charges filed.

FAILURE TO ID: 800 block of Oakhill Plaza. Officer contacted the suspect due to suspicious activity. Suspect gave false identity information. After being identified, suspect was found to have an outstanding warrant. Roderick grace was arrested.

THEFT: 2900 block of Mccrannie. Complainant reported that unknown suspect had stolen a green and black Nex bicycle.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 100 block of East Parker Road. Unknown suspects entered the complainant's residence and took a plasma TV, a dell computer and a dvd player.

ASSAULT-UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT: 3100 block of North Pecan Street. Suspect physically assaulted a female victim, causing minor injury. The suspect then held her down, refusing to let her leave. William Parks was arrested.

ASSAULT: 600 block of Pleasant Lane. Complainant reported that her husband had picked her up and shook her. No charges were filed.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 3400 block of South Street. Complainant reported that a credit card had been used several times without permission.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 100 block of Rusk Street. Three suspects assaulted a victim there with a baseball bat during a disturbance. All individuals received bruises. No one wished to file charges. A vehicle at the scene also had a hack glass broken out of it during the altercation.
