Nacogdoches Police Report - 06/07/07

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: Possession Of Marijuana; 1300 block of west main street. Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress. Officers located four suspects inside the vacant rental home, smoking suspected marijuana. Shairon Nelson, Anthony Green, Jacobian anders and Jerry Pruitt were arrested.

HIT AND RUN: 4800 block of North Street. A vehicle was struck by a blue van who left the scene. The driver left a bogus name and number on the vehicle.

THEFT: 1000 block of Jordan Street. Complainant reported that a black male suspect 14-17 years of age was witnessed taking a bicycle from the front yard.

FAILURE TO ID: 900 block of Moore. Suspect was contacted by officer and gave two fake names. Suspect finally identified as Jarvinski Jerrod Waters. Suspect was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested.

THEFT: 600 block of South Fredonia. Complainant reported that three bicycles had been stolen that were parked near the roadway.

DWI: 600 block of East Hospital Street. Officers were alerted of an intoxicated driver. Suspect vehicle located and driver contacted and suspected of being intoxicated. James stanford was arrested.

DWLI: 3500 block of North University Drive. Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was found to have a revoked dl. Patrick smith was arrested.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 928 Mlk Blvd. Officers were dispatched to pilgrim's pride where a white male was observed going through a car in the parking lot. The suspect was apprehended and john lawson was arrested.

HIT AND RUN: 3600 block of North Street. A parked and unattended van was sideswiped by an unknown wehicle which left the scene.

ASSAULT-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF; 200 block of Wedgewood. A known suspect kicked a door in during an argument . The same suspect then pushed the complainant. Warrants requested.

THEFT: 119 Hughes. A suspect was witnessed taking a cell phone from the counter of the treatment center.
