Nacogdoches Police Report - 06/15/07

HARASSMENT: 200 block of East Spradley. Complainant reported that a known suspect had been telephoning the residence continually after being told not to do so.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1600 block of Martinsville. Complainant reported that unknown suspect's had damaged a vehicle with a suspected key.

EVADING ARREST-DWLI: 600 block of Hayward Street. Officer attempted to stop a vehicle at university drive and MLK for traffic. The vehicle fled to the 600 block of Hayward where the driver was contacted. Pamela Cobb-Peterson was arrested and found to have a suspended dl.

ASSAULT: 3300 block of Old Tyler Road. Complainant reported being assaulted physically by two known suspects. Complainant suffered minor scratches to the facial area. Warrants have been requested.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 3000 block of North Street. Officers contacted a suspect for suspicious activity. Further investigation revealed that the suspect was in possession of suspected marijuana. Joshua Steddum was arrested.

FORGERY: 1216 South Street. A known suspect passed two forged checks at the store. Investigation underway.

ASSAULT: 1700 block of East Starr Avenue. A husband and wife both accused each other of pushing them. No charges wished to be filed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1100 block of North Street. A food vending machine was damaged in the lobby of the recreation center. No entry was made.

THEFT: 4809 Northwest Stallings Drive-Best Western. Complainant left jewelry behind after checking out. When complainant returned, the jewelry was missing.
