THEFT: 5000 East Main. Complainant reported the theft of $50.00 in gasoline from the business.

TAMPERING WITH GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT-FAIL TO IDENTIFY: 800 block of Ne Stallings Drive. Suspect was stopped in reference to a warrant execution. The suspect gave a false name and signed a document at municipal court. Warrant requested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF-CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 1800 block of Pearl. Complainant reported that a known suspect broke into the residence and damaged a bicycle. Warrant requested.

FORGERY: 1216 South Street. Two unknown suspects cashed two payroll checks that had been forged at the business.

ASSAULT: 200 block of Russell Blvd. Complainant and roommate got into an argument over property. Complainant received a minor scratch to the neck area. Complaint signed in municipal court.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 3400 block of East Main. Unknown persons forced entry to an apartment and removed a Playstation 3, 14 Playstation 3 games, and 12 Playstation 2 games.

DWI: 600 block of West Austin. Vehicle was stopped for traffic violation. Driver was contacted and suspected of being intoxicated. Donald tucker was arrested.

THEFT: 3325 South Street. Complainant reported the theft of $55.00 in gasoline from the business.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 2700 block of Ej Campbell. Officer stopped suspect for known outstanding warrants from San Augustine. Suspect was arrested, and an inventory of his vehicle revealed a quantity of suspected marijuana. Anthony Mckind was arrested.

DWI: 100 block of North Street. Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The  driver was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested. Clements Cejos was arrested.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 1300 block of South Street. A consent to search the vehicle resulted in the recovery of a quantity of suspected crack cocaine. Kenneth Solomon was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 400 block of West Main. Complainant reported that a vehicle was damaged by a suspected key while parked and unattended.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 300 block of Ellington. Unknown suspect entered complainant's vehicle and removed a Pioneer stereo system.

POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS DRUG: 200 block of Eats Main Street. Suspect was stopped on traffic and was found to be in possession of drugs without a prescription. Samantha Armsworth was arrested.

ASSAULT: 3400 block of South Street. During an argument,  one family member assaulted another over a family reunion. No injuries, no one wished to file.

HIT AND RUN: 2900 block of Chimney Rock. Unknown vehicle struck complainant's vehicle while it was parked. Suspect vehicle left the scene.

DWI: 400 block of North Street. Officer stopped a vehicle for traffic. Investigation revealed that the driver was intoxicated and was arrested. Gerald Arrant was arrested.
