Nacogdoches Police Report - 06/21/07

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1600 Block of Cardinal. Unknown suspects attempted to steal a commercial air conditioning unit, but were unsuccessful. Wires were cut and unit damaged.

THEFT-UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT: 1800 Block of Pearl. Complainant reported that a known suspect stole a dog. When complainant went to suspect's residence to inquire about the dog, the suspect prevented the complainant from leaving. Complainant was eventually released. Warrant requested.

THEFT: 3100 Block of North Pecan Street. Complainant reported the theft of a purse containing a quantity of cash.

THEFT: 2100 Block of Briargrove. Complainant reported the theft of $100.00 by a known suspect. Suspect was located and Richard Miller was arrested.

ASSAULT-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2100 Block of Pearl Street. A known suspect was involved in an argument with the complainant. The suspect threw the victim to the floor, and intentionally broke complainant's cell phone. Warrant requested.

THEFT: 1700 Block of Virginia Avenue. Complainant reported the theft of a blue 10 speed mountain bike by a known suspect.

DWLI: 200 Block of East Hospital. Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have a suspended drivers license. Jeffery Harkey was arrested.
