Lufkin Police Report - 06/22/07

THEFT:  2500 block of Daniel Mccall.  Two gray toolboxes with assorted hand tools were stolen from the bed of a pickup while the owner was shopping Thursday night.

THEFT:   4200 block of North Medford Dr.  The tailgate was stolen off a black Ford pickup Thursday afternoon.    

ASSAULT/SEXUAL/RAPE:  A sixteen year old girl reported that an adult male gave her alcohol and pills and had sex with her.  The suspect is believed to be in his early 20's.    

THEFT:  1200 block of West Frank.  A CD player was stolen from a Jeep Thursday afternoon. 

THEFT:  500 block of South Chestnut.  A day's receipts were reported missing from a business' bank deposit over the weekend.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS:  800 block of Kurth Dr.  A known suspect who has been previously warned of trespassing at the store came in Thursday morning and stole a bottle of wine and some snacks before leaving.

THEFT:  100 block of South Timberland Dr.  The external drive-thru speaker was stolen sometime Wednesday night.

BURGLARY:  500 Brasell.  A vacant residence was broken into and the stove and refrigerator had been moved from the kitchen but were still in the house.  The suspect(s) flooded the house when the water line to the ice maker was removed and left running.
