Lufkin's McClendon Named All-Star - KTRE.com | Lufkin and Nacogdoches, Texas

Lufkin's Chris McClendon has already won the junior college baseball southern district batting title.   Now he's an all-star.   McClendon, who will play at Kentucky next year, has been selected to the Texas Collegiate League All-Star Game.

McClendon has been playing summer ball with the Weatherford Wranglers.   He's joined on the all-star team by S.F.A. catcher Kevin Croft.  The all-star game is July 9th at T.C.U. in Forth Worth.   The game will be regionally televised.
